The trailer introduces the mysterious island of Nakali, where Jo and Raissa are transported after stumbling across a portal. The fantastical world is filled with magical and mythological creatures inspired by the stories they grew up hearing from their Filipino families.<\/p>\n

Their adventure quickly becomes more dangerous when they encounter The Dreaded Manananggal, voiced by Tony winner Lea Salonga<\/strong>. With help from Raww, a well-meaning weredog voiced by Dave Franco<\/strong><\/a>, and a group of new allies, Jo and Raissa must find a way home before they lose the memories of their friendship forever.<\/p>\n
