\t\t\t\t<\/p>\n \t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/p>\n We\u2019re one step closer to getting a Glee<\/strong><\/a><\/em> revival!<\/p>\n While stepping out for the American Horror Story<\/em> season 13 celebration event on Wednesday night (September 23), Ryan Murphy<\/strong><\/a> revealed that he just finished writing a script for a potential revival of the hit musical series<\/p>\n \u201cWell, funny you ask, because I just finished the script an hour ago,\u201d Ryan<\/strong> told Entertainment Tonight<\/em><\/a>. \u201cWe have a script. Brad [Falchuk], Ian [Brennan] and I, who wrote all the first two seasons, have written something.\u201d<\/p>\n Ryan<\/strong> also revealed that he\u2019s been in contact with several original cast members, who he said are excited about the possibility of revisiting the series.<\/p>\n \u201cI\u2019ve been in touch with around 10 of the original cast members, and it\u2019s very sweet,\u201d he said. \u201cThey\u2019ve all had a lot of questions, but they all were very enthusiastic about the idea.\u201d<\/p>\n However, he did say that none of the cast members have seen the script yet.<\/p>\n \u201cNobody\u2019s read it, so I don\u2019t know; we\u2019ll see,\u201d Ryan<\/strong> said. \u201cI mean, I vowed to myself that I wanted to write a couple of them to see what people think, particularly the cast, cause we were very close when we were making it.\u201d<\/p>\n Glee<\/em> ran for six seasons from 2009 to 2015.<\/p>\n The Golden Globe-winning series centered on a group of students in their school\u2019s Glee Club.
