\t\t\t\t<\/p>\n \t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/p>\n Jensen Ackles<\/strong><\/a> has another TV series on the way!<\/p>\n The Supernatural<\/em> actor will star in and executive produce Rules of Prey<\/em>, a new crime drama ordered by MGM+. <\/p>\n Based on the first book in John Sandford<\/strong>\u2018s Prey <\/em>series, the show will follow former Minneapolis detective Lucas Davenport as a murder investigation pulls him back into police work. <\/p>\n Jensen<\/strong> will play Lucas, whose disregard for the rules cost him his place in the department. When a serial killer begins targeting people in Minneapolis, the crimes appear to carry a message meant for him.<\/p>\n Taking the case means he\u2019ll have to figure out the killer\u2019s motives while confronting an adversary intending to turn the investigation personal.<\/p>\n Here\u2019s the official description:<\/p>\n Rules of Prey<\/em> follows Lucas Davenport, formerly a detective in the Minneapolis Police Department, drawn out of seclusion back into law enforcement to investigate a series of confounding murders designed to send a message specifically to him. When an ingenious serial killer begins murdering Minneapolis citizens, Davenport, a brilliant polymath and unconventional investigator, takes the case, sparking an intense psychological duel with an equally intelligent adversary.
