Alesha Dixon<\/a> and Sabrina Washington – who initially split in 2005, had a surprise reunion at the Britain\u2019s Got Talent final in May, before going on to perform for their largest audience to date at Capital\u2019s Summertime Ball in June. <\/p>\nHowever, a press release was sent out on Monday (21.09.26), stating that the group had parted ways for a second time – with Su-Elise claiming in an Instagram post that it was sent out without her knowledge. <\/p>\n
She wrote: \u201cAs far as I was aware, today was our deadline to make a decision on some incredible Mis-Teeq offers for 2027\u2026 including headlining a major UK festival, performing at another huge UK festival and potentially taking the show regional for everyone who couldn\u2019t make Wembley.<\/p>\n

\u201cAfter the incredible response to our sold-out Wembley Arena show, I genuinely believed these were opportunities we were all excited about and hopefully saying YES to today as Mis-Teeq!<\/p>\n
\n\u201cSo to find out that a press release went out to media today saying \u2018Mis-Teeq have split\u2019 has taken me by surprise.<\/p>\n
\n\u201cThat\u2019s news to me\u2026\u201d<\/p>\n
\nSu-Elise then added: \u201cEither way, I\u2019m incredibly proud of what we achieved at Wembley and so grateful to everyone who came out and supported us.\u201d<\/p>\n
\nShe was supported by her followers in the comments section, with one writing: \u201cThis shows a complete lack of integrity @sabrinawashington.<\/p>\n
\n\u201cTo pull a STUNT like this is truly disappointing It\u2019s also incredibly disrespectful to Mis-Teeq\u2019s legacy. God doesn\u2019t like ugly. This has genuinely made me very sad.\u201d<\/p>\n
\nWhile another added: \u201cI hope you guys work, whatever is going on out. I didn\u2019t make the show but from what I\u2019ve seen. It looked and felt like, the beginning of something new for all of you. <\/p>\n
\n\u201cDon\u2019t let the outside in. This chapter is for healing and moving on with love and power. Especially being in control of your narratives!\u201d<\/p>\n
\nNews of Mis-Teeq\u2019s latest split came the came day as Sabrina announced her A One Night Stand Just Ain\u2019t Enough solo tour for 2027, kicking off in Manchester next February. <\/p>\n
\nNeither she or Alesha have commented on Mis-Teeq\u2019s split. <\/p>\n
\nMis-Teeq became one of the defining British girl groups of the early 2000s, best known for hits including Scandalous, All I Want and Why?.<\/p>\n
\nFollowing their return to the stage, they even hinted that new music could be on the horizon, with Su-Elise telling The Sun: \u201cWe don\u2019t have any plans for new music at the moment, but sometimes things align and we might go with them. <\/p>\n
\n\u201cIt\u2019s taken 20-plus years to get to this point.\u201d<\/p>\n
