The late Dolly Parton<\/strong><\/a>\u2019s nephew Bryan Seaver<\/strong> has reportedly been fired from his longtime job heading up security at her properties.<\/p>\n

Seaver and his security company received a notice on Wednesday, September 16, informing them that their services were no longer required, per TMZ<\/a>. Seaver\u2019s team were allegedly asked to leave Parton\u2019s properties \u2014 including her primary home in Nashville, museum and warehouse \u2014 immediately and were swiftly replaced by a brand new security staff.<\/p>\n

Seaver was reportedly informed in the letter that his removal from security services had no impact on his personal interest in Parton\u2019s estate.<\/p>\n

Us<\/em> has reached out to Seaver\u2019s company for comment.<\/p>\n

\n\t\t\tDolly Parton\u2019s nephew Bryan Seaver paid tribute to his late aunt while confirming her death at the age of 80 in a sentimental video. \u201cI am representing the Parton and Owens family today, announcing the passing of my Aunt Dolly Rebecca Parton Dean,\u201d Seaver began in the clip posted to Parton\u2019s Instagram account on Tuesday, [\u2026]\t\t<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

A rep for Seaver\u2019s security team SAPS told the outlet that they were \u201cdismayed by the unexpected and, so far, unexplained actions\u201d taken by the executors of Parton\u2019s estate since her death.<\/p>\n

\u201cWe remain unshakably resolved to fulfill her final directive to protect her family, and we refuse to be intimidated by those whose actions we believe are being taken in bad faith and with the intent to profit from the life of someone who willingly gave so much,\u201d a company spokesperson added.<\/p>\n

The alleged upheaval among Parton\u2019s staff is particularly surprising since Seaver \u2014 the son of Dolly\u2019s sister Cassie<\/strong> \u2014 was given the responsibility of announcing his aunt\u2019s death<\/a> at age 80 on August 25.<\/p>\n

\u201cAs her head of security for more than two decades \u2014 a role my father Larry held before me \u2014 I have imagined the heaviness of this moment but haven\u2019t truly felt it until now,\u201d Seaver said in a video message posted on Parton\u2019s official Instagram account<\/a>. \u201cIt is an honor \u2014 an honor that is mixed with absolute pride and great sadness. But sadness lies with us, not with Dolly. Dolly has lived in the light and is in the arms of Jesus, surely met by [late husband] Carl<\/strong>, her parents and countless others who have watched over her and longed for her to meet them in the heavens.\u201d<\/p>\n

Seaver reflected on how much he learned from Dolly when she first took him on the road with her in the 1980s.<\/p>\n

\u201cBy her example, we believed anything was possible,\u201d he noted. \u201cShe never met a door she couldn\u2019t open and the doors she opened made and changed history. My family and I have shared a lifetime of beautiful memories with Dolly [and] so have you.\u201d<\/p>\n

Following Seaver\u2019s initial statement, Dolly\u2019s spokesperson confirmed that the country music legend died following \u201ca brief battle with cancer.\u201d<\/a><\/p>\n
