Clavicular<\/strong><\/a> is reportedly facing new charges. <\/p>\n

The 20-year-old “looksmaxxing” streamer, whose real name is Braden Peters<\/strong>, has been charged with one count each of rape, drugging a person for sex, and providing alcohol to a minor in Massachusetts, per court documents obtained by The Bulwark<\/a><\/em>. <\/p>\n

Filed by prosecutors in a Cape Cod courthouse on September 8th, the charges reportedly stem from a May 2025 incident, and his arraignment is scheduled for October 14th.<\/p>\n

While the victim’s name does not appear on the court records due to Massachusetts law, the details coincide with a civil lawsuit that was filed in April in Florida.<\/p>\n

Earlier this year, CBS 4 Miami<\/a><\/em> reported that 18-year-old Alorah Ziva<\/strong>, whose real name is Aleksandra Vasilevna Mendoza<\/strong>, accused the streamer of battery, fraud, and sexual misconduct. That lawsuit alleges Clavicular<\/strong> injected her with Aqualyx, a fat-dissolving substance that is not approved by the FDA, during a 2025 livestream, and accuses him of nonconsensual sexual encounters at his parents’ home in Cape Code while she was a minor and intoxicated.<\/p>\n

In July, the streamer filed to dismiss several counts of the lawsuit. <\/p>\n

Clavicular’s rep responds to latest report about the charges<\/h3>\n

The streamer’s rep has spoken out in response to the Bulwark<\/em> report, telling THR<\/em>, “Clavicular<\/strong> has not been physically served. As usual, the Bulwark<\/em> is exaggerating the status of a case to boost traffic. We appreciate the Hollywood Reporter<\/em> for fact checking.\u201d<\/p>\n

That same day, Clavicular<\/strong> responded to the report with his own posts on Twitter\/X.<\/p>\n

In the first post, he shared a letter she had allegedly written him, thanking him for “helping me as much as you can.” <\/p>\n

“Trying to get my attention in anyway possible, a lawsuit? Seriously\u2026 really petty of you,” he wrote on Twitter\/X<\/a>, along with a photo of the letter, and a screenrecorded video of Mendoza<\/strong> saying on TikTok that they streamed together and he reinjected her with Aqualyx, saying it was “really fun” and he was “super nice, sent me an Uber home right after.”<\/p>\n

In a second post, he said she, “was literally trying to work at Bacara as a bottle girl\u2026 how about dont finance cars you cant afford. Happens to all successful young men, people try to come for your money. Greed is evil.” <\/p>\n

Earlier this year, Clavicular<\/strong> was arrested for battery<\/a> in Florida after he shot at a dead alligator on a livestream, and was later hit with a new criminal charge<\/a> related to the incident.<\/p>\n
