Sylvester Stallone<\/a> believes humans will be “taken over completely” by AI.<\/p>\n

Sylvester Stallone is worried about the future<\/p>\n

The Rocky actor is concerned about future generations and how they will cope due to an over-reliance on technology and artificial intelligence.<\/p>\n

Asked if he predicts a dystopian world in which humans are ruled by AI, he told the Sunday Times magazine: \u201cYes, we\u2019ll be taken over completely. Because when things are made too easy, people get soft.<\/p>\n

“Now you have taxi cabs that drive themselves. Pretty soon you\u2019re going to have sidewalks that move, and people\u2019s bodies will start to atrophy. I\u2019m serious. It\u2019s, like, pretty soon we\u2019re not going to have any legs. We\u2019ll just be carried around by machinery.\u201d<\/p>\n

\t\t\t<\/p>\n

The 80-year-old star – who had two sons, the late Sage and Seargeoh, with first wife Sasha Czack and three daughters with his current, third, wife Jennifer Flavin<\/a> – envisages a world where people are lonelier than ever because they rely on “mechanical love affairs” for connection.<\/p>\n

\nHe said: “[Loneliness] is the worst disease. Because it shuts down everything.<\/p>\n

\n“Every guy has to do something to prove his masculinity. It used to be sports but because of technology they\u2019re alone in the basement playing video games instead. And it\u2019s going to get 10,000 times worse with AI. You know that.<\/p>\n

\n\u201cThey\u2019re going to create fantasy partners. You\u2019re going to have mechanical love affairs. It\u2019s going into a place that we dare not think about. When we were young we were forced to read 1984. You don\u2019t need to read that now, it actually came about.<\/p>\n

\n“Really, what would George Orwell write today? Oh my God, I can\u2019t wrap my head around what he would predict.\u201d<\/p>\n

\nThe Tulsa King star thinks life is harder for men today because they are more isolated due to the changing job climate.<\/p>\n

\nHe explained: “Men are defined by their jobs. And back then there were still jobs that were almost like going into the army.<\/p>\n

\n“If you were a steelworker you were among other men and the sweat and the bonding and drinking a beer. It wasn\u2019t just a job, it was belonging to a team.<\/p>\n

\n“And then when corporations come in and just shut it down, they\u2019re forced into doing something like driving a truck. Where\u2019s the team? You\u2019re alone now.\u201d<\/p>\n
