At times, in front of their child. At times, in public.<\/p>\n<p>She says that he has called her \u201cdegrading and humiliating\u201d names, including variations of \u201cbitch,\u201d \u201cfat bitch,\u201d \u201cfatty,\u201d and worse things that are unfit to print.<\/p>\n<p>Additionally, he <a href=\"https:\/\/www.tmz.com\/2026\/09\/03\/jax-taylor-repeatedly-called-brittany-the-r-word-during-fight\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">reportedly<\/a> used the r-slur. That is unconscionable in any context.<\/p>\n<p>Brittany has an alleged recording of incidents of verbal abuse \u2014 including a transcript which makes note of when Cruz is crying in the background.<\/p>\n<p>Additionally, she says that Jax broke three of her iPhones, an iPad, and other property. At that time, they had been dating for four years.<\/p>\n<p>In 2024, they broke up. Since then, harrowing allegations like these have been coming out \u2014 though never so many at once as in Brittany\u2019s court filings, which of course need to catalogue everything.<\/p>\n<p>Jax says that he is 21 months sober, simultaneously claiming that he takes \u201cfull responsibility\u201d while also disputing what Brittany has to say.<\/p>\n<p>(Sometimes, people will claim \u2014 truthfully or otherwise \u2014 to now be sober, hoping that this gives them a clean slate over past behavior.
