If you did not see the devastating news, he passed away while in a rehab facility on September 20<\/a>.<\/p>\n Back in March 2026, Presley<\/strong> posted about receiving treatment for substance use. He received an ibogaine flood dose while in Cancun, Mexico.<\/p>\n According to Stanford Medicine<\/a>, ibogaine is \u201ca plant-based psychoactive compound\u201d that \u201cled to improvements in depression, anxiety and functioning among veterans with traumatic brain injuries.\u201d They also note it had \u201cpotential to treat opioid and cocaine addiction.\u201d<\/p>\n In a post on Instagram, he wrote, \u201cPre Ibogaine Flood Dose \u2013 quiet moment before everything changed. i was absolutely terrified, and I knew I would be again if I ever had to face something like this (helps to not go into the situations you do that get ya there but that\u2019s life sometimes.) (my mantras were love yourself and lis gotta be the last time for this reason. letting go of control didn\u2019t come easy, but I trusted there was something bigger than me guiding it. I knew why i was there. I faced what I had been running from, and somewhere in all of it, i started finding my way back to myself \u2026. We shall see\u2026. Praying it\u2019s the last time I have to come back. Next time I\u2019d like to choose. And absolutely can\u2019t forget the incredible caring kind and on their **** team. Helps a lot haha.
