She says that many of her Gen Z interviewees have been arriving with iced coffees in-hand. Caitlin clarifies that this only her opinion and that she works with mostly “Fortune 500, super buttoned-up corporations.”\n However, the backlash against her was swift. The top comment on her post is, “Do you guys need employees or not.” Other commenters attacked her looks while defending the practice of bringing iced coffees to interviews. Naturally, there was swiftly a backlash to the backlash, with corporate workers saying that, no, it is not appropriate<\/a> to bring an iced coffee to your job interview. Maybe it would fly if you brought it in that Starbucks Snoopy cup, though?<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

Wouldn’t I like to know.”<\/li>\n A 14-year-old TikToker Owen Harris ran a red light<\/a> on his e-bike when he was struck and killed by a Tesla. Did Harris make a reckless, foolish choice that endangered other motorists? Yes. However, TikTok has taken it a step further by meme-ifying<\/a> the child’s death. <\/li>\n Now, I do not advocate for violence. But if you are a white guy taunting a Black guy by shouting racist epithets, do not be surprised if he punches you<\/a> in the face — and everybody claps.<\/li>\n The women of Hulu’s The Secret Lives of Mormon Wives<\/i> have been dominating much of TikTok. MomTok is questioning the actions of Taylor Frankie Paul<\/a> for throwing a chair at Dakota<\/a>, then getting back with him multiple times, then going on The Bachelorette and getting engaged, then cheating on her fiance with Dakota, then breaking up with Dakota again, then cheating with Dakota<\/a> when he got a new girlfriend, who use to be Taylor’s friend. Oh, and she is in love with a new guy now.<\/li>\n Have you ever heard of Lola Blankets? I had not until a recent ~viral TikTok scandal.~ Lola Blankets are fluffy blankets that range in price from $125 to $425. The brand has a cult following, but many buyers<\/a> have noticed the quality<\/a> dropping<\/a> noticeably. One influencer made a negative review, so the company offered to send her a replacement. The CEO emailed her asking her to take down her TikTok, and when she refused, they cancelled her replacement<\/a> order.<\/li>\n Ashley Dykes<\/a> — yes, that is his real name — is a 35-year-old explorer who is about to film himself kayaking the Congo Basin<\/a>. The basin has some of the most dangerous fauna in Central Africa, including crocodiles, hippos, and multiple species of venomous snakes. In 2010, a 35-year-old guy kayaking the Congo Basin was eaten by a giant crocodile<\/a> that leapt out of the water and grabbed him by the shoulder. Dyke is using an INFLATABLE kayak, by the way.

Starbucks released a limited-edition Snoopy cup and some related Peanuts merch for the fall. The reaction online was about as expected.
