\u201cPost soccer shenanigans with the fam,\u201d Muniz, 40, wrote via Instagram<\/span><\/a> on Saturday, September 19, alongside a car selfie with Price, 33, and Mauz. \u201cOur little dude got a medal for excellence in sportsmanship!\u201d<\/p>\n

Muniz, who announced his separation from Price in July, opened up about a series of apparent personal struggles<\/span><\/a> several hours earlier.<\/p>\n

He continued, \u201cThe unexpected gift in the middle of it is that I\u2019ve had nowhere to hide. I\u2019ve had time to sit with myself, do real self-reflection, and finally see the areas of my life that need work if I want to become a better version of me. Not the polished version I show the world \u2026 the actual one.\u201d<\/p>\n

The Malcolm in the Middle <\/i>actor further acknowledged that \u201chitting rock bottom\u201d can sometimes enact certain \u201cchanges.\u201d<\/p>\n

\u201cIt forces the changes you needed to make all along so you can live the best life possible.
