An off-camera voice can be heard saying, \u201cWe\u2019re ready? We\u2019re good? We\u2019re rolling.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>The screen then cuts to black with the words \u201cOnly on 60 Minutes.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Patrick\u2019s appearance comes just weeks after <a href=\"https:\/\/www.thehollywoodgossip.com\/2026\/09\/lindsay-clancy-judge-declares-mistrial-as-jury-fails-to-reach-a-verdict\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Lindsay\u2019s highly publicized murder trial ended without a verdict<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>Lindsay admitted to killing the couple\u2019s three children \u2014 5-year-old Cora, 3-year-old Dawson and 8-month-old Callan \u2014 in their Massachusetts home in January 2023. <\/p>\n<p>Her defense argued that she was not criminally responsible because she was suffering from postpartum psychosis at the time.<\/p>\n<p>Prosecutors maintained that Lindsay <em>was<\/em> criminally responsible for the killings. Though he took the stand back in July, for many viewers, this will be the first time that they actually hear Patrick speak.<\/p>\n<p>The judge in Lindsay\u2019s trial determined that the recording of Patrick\u2019s 911 call was too disturbing to be released publicly.<\/p>\n<p>Meanwhile, prosecutors have not announced whether they intend to retry Lindsay. Her next court hearing is scheduled for September 29.<\/p>\n<p>For now, viewers will have to wait until Sunday to hear what Patrick has to say.
