– The couple released a statement through People<\/i> saying that they had been separated for some time and it has turned out to be the right decision for them, but that “We\u2019ve got each other forever\u2014and it\u2019s GOOD.” <\/p>\n

– Seyfried also posted a pick of him with a gecko on her instagram story today, calling him a #reptiledad<\/a>, as well as a quote saying “There’s really not a difficult thing unless you decide it’s a difficult thing. Otherwise, it’s just the next thing you’re figuring out.”<\/p>\n

– The couple met in 2015 while working on the off-Broadway play The Way We Get By<\/i>, and got married two years later shortly before the birth of their first child, Nina. They had a second child, Thomas, in 2020. Speculation about their separation picked up after Seyfried appeared at TIFF without her ring.<\/p>\n
