Brian<\/strong> and Zach<\/strong> were among those detained.<\/p>\n Brian<\/strong> was ultimately released without charges.<\/p>\n Police said Zach<\/strong> was \u201chighly intoxicated\u201d and began yelling profanities in public. He was arrested on a disorderly conduct charge and taken to the Greenville County Detention Center.<\/p>\n Video from the scene shows Brian<\/strong> sitting on the ground in handcuffs outside of the establishment.<\/p>\n In another video obtained by TMZ<\/a> from inside the bar, Brian <\/strong>can be seen throwing a chair backward amid the commotion.<\/p>\n While he was handcuffed, Brian <\/strong>also made a claim involving the Greenville Police Department and Hayden<\/strong>\u2018s recent death.<\/p>\n \u201cGPD leaked it when my girlfriend died,\u201d he shouted in video from the scene.<\/p>\n It is not clear what information Brian <\/strong>was referring to. <\/p>\n Hayden<\/strong> passed away at the age of 36<\/a> on August 16 in Greenville. Brian<\/strong> and Zach<\/strong> were both at the apartment complex where she was found unresponsive.<\/p>\n Her death remains under investigation.
