Shanna Moakler has shared her big regret<\/p>\n

The 51-year-old actress was married to Travis between 2004 and 2008, but she now regrets agreeing to appear in Travis Barker<\/a>: Louder Than Fear, the musician’s new documentary.<\/p>\n

Shanna told the I Do, Part 2 podcast: “I regret a lot. I wish I didn\u2019t do it.<\/p>\n

“I don\u2019t know how he got me to go and do this documentary. I think it was before he was with his wife [Kourtney Kardashian<\/a>]. I\u2019m pretty sure. And I just wish I hadn\u2019t done it because I knew in my heart I wasn\u2019t going to be portrayed the way that I felt I deserved.”<\/p>\n

\t\t\t<\/p>\n

Shanna admitted to being “disappointed” in herself for appearing in the documentary.<\/p>\n

\nThe actress – who has Landon, 22, and daughter Alabama, 20, with Travis – said: “I just was like, \u2018Yeah, that\u2019s kind of what I thought was going to happen’. I\u2019m a little disappointed with myself for participating.”<\/p>\n

\nShanna has written a new memoir called Blink of an Eye, and Travis features prominently in the book.<\/p>\n

\nShe said: “It\u2019s not just about Travis. Travis has a couple chapters, but it\u2019s not just about chapters.<\/p>\n

\n“I want this book to be one that inspires women to learn about trauma, trauma bonding, how to get over living through embarrassing things in the public eye, but more than anything, kind of finding that journey back to yourself. It\u2019s more about inspiring women.”<\/p>\n

\nShanna also opened up about her co-parenting relationship with Travis.<\/p>\n

\nThe actress shared: “The one thing my ex and I agree on \u2014 it\u2019s the only thing my ex and I agree on because we don\u2019t agree on anything else \u2014 was our children. That was putting our children first.<\/p>\n

\n“You really need to sit down with yourself and say, \u2018My priority is giving my children the healthiest and best future possible.\u2019 At the end of the day, whether you like it or not, your child deserves to know their father. Your child deserves to know their mother. Whether you respect them or not, it\u2019s their parent. You have to allow your children to know their other parent.”<\/p>\n
