Donna Mills<\/strong><\/a> is opening up about how she stays in shape!<\/p>\n

The 85-year-old actress, who recently joined OnlyFans<\/a>, has revealed her workout routine and diet choices that help her stay in shape as she gets older.<\/p>\n

\u201cI do 100 sit-ups a day, 50 leg lifts, lots of stretching. I have a ballet barre in my little gym. And ride the bike for about 45 minutes or an hour,\u201d the actress told Fox News Digital<\/a><\/em> recently.<\/p>\n

In addition, she also tries to hit the tennis court often!<\/p>\n

“I play tennis five times a week sometimes. And so that\u2019s very, very important,” Donna <\/strong>revealed. <\/p>\n

She also sticks to a certain diet, but has one food she can’t live without…<\/p>\n

Donna Mills sticks to no sugar, splurges on Doritos<\/h3>\n

The Knot’s Landing<\/em> star is also strict on what she eats, including cutting back on sweets!<\/p>\n

“I\u2019ve always been anti-sugar,” she dishes. “I read a book a long time ago called ‘Sugar Blues’ that really talked about the sugar industry and everything, and I have stayed away from it ever since.”<\/p>\n

“It\u2019s a lot of stuff. You got to work at it,” she adds. <\/p>\n

However, she can’t cut back on one food. <\/p>\n

“I’m a Doritos addict,” Donna<\/strong> says, adding the Nacho Cheese flavor is her favorite. <\/p>\n

“I mean, it\u2019s not good for you. It\u2019s not. You know, I know I shouldn\u2019t do it,” she shared. <\/p>\n

Her love of Doritos has even followed her to the sets she’s been on. <\/p>\n

“Different sets that I\u2019ve been on\u2026 for some reason, they know \u2014 they always got a bag of Doritos in the trailer for me\u2026 it\u2019s really funny. But I\u2019ve never lost that,” she said. “I don\u2019t eat them as much as I used to. But they\u2019re still a treat.”<\/p>\n
