The Real Housewives of New York City<\/em><\/a>\u2019s Erin Lichy<\/strong> is hellbent on not being the only Housewife in the season 16<\/a> reunion hot seat.<\/p>\n

\u201cYeah, I won\u2019t be the only one,\u201d Erin, 39, exclusively teased to Us<\/em> on Tuesday, September 1, ahead of the hit Bravo show\u2019s highly-anticipated Tuesday, September 8, season 16 premiere.<\/p>\n

\u201cI can tell you that \u2014 and actually, there are people that I will be putting in the hot seat as well,\u201d she added. \u201cBig time.\u201d<\/p>\n

Bravo fans met Erin in 2023 after she joined the rebooted season 14 RHONY cast. She\u2019ll return for season 16 alongside costars Sai de Silva<\/strong><\/a>, Jessel Taank<\/strong><\/a> and Carole Radziwill<\/strong><\/a>, who previously appeared on seasons 5 through 10. New Housewives Hailey Glasman<\/strong>, Daisy Toye<\/strong> and Erika Hammond<\/strong> will also be joining the fold.<\/p>\n

\n\t\t\tThe Real Housewives of New York City season 16 is sure to be one to remember, according to Erin Lichy. \u201cWe\u2019re not ready. We aren\u2019t, especially not me,\u201d Erin, 39, exclusively told Us at the Real Housewives: Ultimate Girls Trip 20th Anniversary event on Tuesday, August 4. \u201cI\u2019m nervous for it all, like, it was [\u2026]\t\t<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

While Erin declined to dish on what is sure to be a drama-filled reunion, Us<\/em> also spoke exclusively to Jessel, 46, who was also quick to tease a very full reunion hot seat.<\/p>\n

\u201cI think it\u2019s going to be a mixture between Erin and Daisy, 50\/50 equal,\u201d Jessel exclusively told Us<\/em> on Tuesday. \u201cActually, no, I take that back \u2014 70\/30. Seventy Erin, 30 Daisy.\u201d<\/p>\n

As the Housewives prepare for the season 16 premiere and the upcoming reunion, Jessel shared her advice for the women who are new to filming a hit reality TV series.<\/p>\n

\u201cI feel like my biggest piece of advice is just be authentic, because the audience can see right through you,\u201d she told Us<\/em>. \u201cYou guys are way smarter than you know we could consider or believe. So I think it\u2019s like they can smell through the bulls***, and I think the minute you try to be something you\u2019re not, it really shows.\u201d<\/p>\n

As for her well-known and admitted pot-stirring costar Erin, the real estate agent and entrepreneur is continuing to ignore the comments section and the lingering misconceptions<\/a> fans have about her character.<\/p>\n
