\u201cFaster than a speeding bullet\u201d usually describes one of Superman\u2019s powers, but it\u2019s also an accurate description of just how quickly his super-powered cousin, Supergirl, is leaping \u2014 sorry, flying \u2014 from theaters to streaming this fall.<\/p>\n
Released on June 26, Supergirl<\/em> didn\u2019t impress audiences<\/a> and critics like last summer\u2019s Superman<\/em><\/a> did, grossing only $126 million worldwide on a reported $175 million budget.<\/p>\n It\u2019s no surprise then that the comic book film, starring Milly Alcock<\/strong><\/a> as the titular heroine and Jason Momoa<\/strong><\/a> as her space pirate ally Lobo, is about to land on streaming after less than three months in theaters.<\/p>\n Watch With Us<\/a> has all the details on when Supergirl<\/em> will be available to stream, where you can watch it, whether it\u2019s worth watching, and more.<\/p>\n Warner Bros. just announced that Supergirl<\/em> will stream on Thursday, September 10<\/strong>. DC Studios heads Peter Safran and James Gunn produced the film, which is based on characters from DC. Supergirl<\/em> is based on characters created by Jerry Siegel and Joe Shuster.
