The series finale of The Kelly Clarkson Show<\/em><\/strong> is set to air today (August 31) across the country on over 200 television stations.<\/p>\n

If you don\u2019t recall, Kelly Clarkson<\/strong><\/a> announced her decision to end her daytime talk show<\/a> after seven seasons on the air earlier this year.<\/p>\n

\u201cI have been extremely fortunate to work with such an outstanding group of people at The Kelly Clarkson Show<\/em>, both in Los Angeles and New York. There have been so many amazing moments and shows over these seven seasons. I am forever grateful and honored to have worked alongside the greatest band and crew you could hope for, all the talent and inspiring people who have shared their time and lives with us, all the fans who have supported our show and to NBC for always being such a supportive and incredible partner,\u201d Kelly<\/strong> began (via Variety<\/a><\/em>).<\/p>\n

She added, \u201cBecause of all of that, this was not an easy decision, but this season will be my last hosting The Kelly Clarkson Show<\/em>.\u201d<\/p>\n

\u201cStepping away from the daily schedule will allow me to prioritize my kids, which feels necessary and right for this next chapter of our lives,\u201d she said. \u201cThis isn\u2019t goodbye. I\u2019ll still be making music, playing shows here and there and you may catch me on The Voice<\/em> from time to time \u2026 you never know where I might show up next. But for now, I want to thank y\u2019all so much for allowing our show to be a part of your lives, and for believing in us and hanging with us for seven incredible years.\u201d<\/p>\n

The lineup for the final episode of The Kelly Clarkson Show<\/em><\/h3>\n

The final episode is going to feature a \u201cBy Request\u201d hour, with Kelly <\/strong>performing some more iconic Kellyoke numbers.<\/p>\n

She\u2019ll perform \u201cGolden,\u201d \u201cSince You Been Gone,\u201d \u201cSober,\u201d \u201cStronger,\u201d \u201cPiece by Piece,\u201d \u201cDidn\u2019t I,\u201d and the TV debut of her new single, \u201cI\u2019d Be Lying.\u201d<\/p>\n

In addition, Kelly <\/strong>will be celebrating on stage with her crew, as well as her two children, Remy<\/strong><\/a>, 10, and River Rose<\/strong><\/a>, 12. <\/p>\n

If you don\u2019t know, Kelly<\/strong>\u2018s ex, and the father of her kids, Brandon<\/strong> Blackstock<\/strong>, passed away at the age of 48<\/a> in August of 2025 following a three-year battle with cancer. His cause of death was released<\/a>, and she recently gave an update on how the kids are doing.<\/a><\/p>\n
