The Real Housewives of Salt Lake City<\/em><\/a>\u2019s Britani Bateman<\/strong> is giving Us<\/em> an exclusive update on her relationship status<\/a> with notoriously on-again, off-again boyfriend Jared Osmond<\/strong><\/a>.<\/p>\n

\u201cYou know, it\u2019s always complicated,\u201d Britani, 55, exclusively told Us<\/em> on Thursday, August 27, while promoting her cabaret show titled What About Me?<\/em> at 54 Below in New York City, running from Sunday, August 30, to Wednesday, September 2.<\/p>\n

\u201cJust literally, when I think that never, ever, ever, ever, ever again, I\u2019m like, \u2018Okay,\u2019 and then we\u2019ll start talking again,\u201d she confessed. \u201cLike, never say never. I\u2019ve learned to never say never. In fact, he was supposed to be here today. Like, that\u2019s how never say never.\u201d<\/p>\n

She continued, \u201cIt\u2019s so hard. It\u2019s so hard because we love each other, and whether we\u2019re actually right for each other \u2014 I don\u2019t know. And again, people only see a little slice of the relationship \u2013 the toxic part, sadly. So they don\u2019t see all the good. So I don\u2019t know. Right now, no. Right now we\u2019re not together.\u201d<\/p>\n

This February, Britani confirmed that she split<\/a>\u00a0from Jared, 55, again via an Instagram video featuring the better moments of their up-and-down romance.<\/p>\n

The reality TV personality, who said she decided to include the video montage to \u201cshow the world our relationship,\u201d added at the time that she was \u201cwalking away from something and someone I truly love.\u201d<\/p>\n

\u201cMy heart is broken,\u201d she added in February.<\/p>\n

Jared responded to Britani\u2019s public announcement in a statement sent exclusively to Us<\/em> at the time, admitting he was \u201csurprised\u201d by the video.<\/p>\n

\u201cI was alarmed to see what looked like a eulogy to me today on her Instagram,\u201d he said at the time. \u201cI don\u2019t truly understand her mindset. I love that girl. I\u2019ll love her forever.\u201d<\/p>\n

\u201cRight now we\u2019re not together because I called it quits again,\u201d Briani told Us<\/em> of their relationship status on Thursday. \u201cAnd yet, we might start talking again. I mean, I\u2019ve learned to never say never. That\u2019s what I\u2019m saying.\u201d<\/p>\n

Britani went on to admit that the pair have broken up \u201c50\u201d times at this point, \u201cliterally,\u201d before dishing on her family\u2019s dynamic with her on-again, off-again love.<\/p>\n

\u201cThey have every reason to be guarded and protective, and they love Jared,\u201d she dished. \u201cSo you know, he\u2019s really \u2014 really, he\u2019s a great dad. I mean, he\u2019s such a good dad. He\u2019s so good to my kids. And he calls my dad \u2018dad,\u2019 so yeah, my family loves him. He\u2019s done wonderful things for my family and for me and for my kids. So you know, it\u2019s hard not to love the guy.\u201d (Britani\u2019s daughters have alleged their mom prioritizes men over her children.<\/a> The reality TV star was estranged from her children for some time, though they have since reconciled.)<\/p>\n

\u201cI\u2019ll be able to speak to that more and to why my daughters and I were estranged a little bit,\u201d she continued. \u201cYou know, maybe this season but definitely, like, next year, when everything has cooled down a little bit in that department.\u201d<\/p>\n

Meanwhile, Britani is admittedly \u201cdating up a storm,\u201d focusing on her cabaret return via her beloved show What About Me?<\/em> and preparing for the release of her upcoming book, due out next year, which has had a variety of name iterations.<\/p>\n
