\u201cHe says, \u2018Man, your daughter saved your life\u2019. He talked about Corinne. She saved you. He said, \u2018She\u2019s the reason that you\u2019re here.\u2019\u201d<\/p>\n
\nJamie went on to compare Corinne\u2019s response to his medical emergency to Michael Corleone stepping in to protect his dad in The Godfather after learning he had been shot.<\/p>\n
\nHe said: \u201cThat\u2019s who she was.<\/p>\n
\n\u201cWhen I look at her now, I say, I got to live this thing. Got to live it. Awakening and seeing how much love and how much strength someone had for you. We should all have a Corinne Marie Foxx. No, I\u2019m serious.\u201d<\/p>\n
\nMeanwhile, Corinne shared her own response to Jamie\u2019s stroke, saying: \u201cWhen you\u2019re in it, you don\u2019t have time to be scared because your brain overhauls adrenaline. You\u2019re just in caretaking mode and you\u2019re never really ready to take care of your parents. You\u2019re never ready for that moment, but when it happened, I was like \u2018I got this.\u2019\u201d<\/p>\n
\nShe also admitted it was difficult to deal with internet speculation about her father\u2019s condition.<\/p>\n
\nShe said: \u201cI had never been on the bad side of the internet. I always had nice comments. People were nice. But as soon as he went dark, it was scary the places the internet went with the cloning and the conspiracy.<\/p>\n
\n\u201cBut it also was not my place to ever release his medical information. That was the toughest part: just trying to manage that. But it didn\u2019t really matter. They can say whatever they want as long as he\u2019s good.\u201d<\/p>\n
\nMeanwhile, Jamie also has daughter, Anelise Bishop, who was born in 2008, with his ex Kristin Grannis.<\/p>\n
\nAnd TMZ recently reported that Jamie\u2019s girlfriend Alyce Huckstepp is pregnant with his third child.<\/p>\n
\nJamie and Alyce were first romantically linked to one another back in August 2022 when she attended the world premiere of his movie Day Shift.<\/p>\n
\nHowever, they split in January 2025 and remained separated for a period before reuniting last year.<\/p>\n
