Wynonna Judd<\/strong><\/a>‘s daughter Grace Kelley<\/strong> is currently serving time behind bars while pregnant. <\/p>\n

The 62-year-old singer’s 30-year-old daughter has been serving a 15-month sentence in Harrisonburg, Va., after she pleaded guilty to a misdemeanor charge of driving with a suspended or revoked license. The charge stems from an October 2025 arrest. <\/p>\n

In early July, Grace<\/strong>‘s legal team revealed that she was expecting to give birth to her second child around August 16th with a scheduled C-section, according to People<\/a><\/em>. Her lawyer requested a temporary release so she could deliver her child, as she will be required to be “confined to bed” for three days. <\/p>\n

The lawyer argued that not granting the temporary release would “complicate the delivery of the child, which must be performed in a sterile operating room; prevent the child\u2019s father from being present at the birth; [and] prevent the father and other family members from visiting [Kelley<\/strong>] before and after the child\u2019s birth.\u201d<\/p>\n

However, the request was denied by a judge in a July 16th hearing, which Grace<\/strong> attended virtually.<\/p>\n

Grace<\/strong> is also a mom to her daughter Kaliyah<\/strong>, 4, but her mom, Wynonna<\/strong>, has custody, and Grace<\/strong> has had no contact in years. <\/p>\n

In an August 2025 interview, Grace<\/strong> said her mom has “done some messed up stuff,” and their relationship got worse over the years. <\/p>\n

She also claimed Wynonna<\/strong> had a restraining order that banned Grace<\/strong> from contacting or seeing both her mom and her daughter. At the time, Grace<\/strong> said it had been “a couple of years” since she saw her daughter.<\/p>\n

Prior to her 2025 arrest, Grace <\/strong>had had several run-ins with the law, including an April 2024 arrest<\/a> for indecent exposure on a highway, and later that year, she was arrested for stealing a church van.<\/p>\n
