width:calc(100% - 2px);\"\/>\n<p>Just last week, Parton issued a statement about her recovery, acknowledging that her health had declined following the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.thehollywoodgossip.com\/2025\/05\/dolly-parton-breaks-silence-on-husbands-tragic-death\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">death of her husband, Carl Dean<\/a>, in March.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cAs I\u2019ve shared in video messages throughout the past year, I am dealing with some health issues that I just didn\u2019t pay attention to when I was watching over Carl,\u201d Dolly told People, adding:<\/p>\n<p>\u201cYou know, this isn\u2019t the first time I\u2019ve had to manage something like this.
