Steven McBee Jr.<\/strong> is not shutting the door on The McBee Dynasty: Real American Cowboys<\/em> \u2014 not yet, at least.<\/p>\n

\u201cI\u2019m really bad about speaking in superlatives, so, \u2018Always and never,\u2019 right?\u201d Steven, 33, said during the Monday, August 24, episode of Roxanne Bahri<\/strong> and Shantel Butras<\/strong>\u2019 eponymous podcast<\/a> while discussing his family hinting that their reality show is ending.<\/p>\n

\u201cI need to get away from that,\u201d he continued. \u201cMy family inherently does the same, so [we\u2019ll say], \u2018We\u2019re never doing that again.\u2019 \u2026 It\u2019s in the height of the emotional state. I\u2019m in the height of some of the online backlash, and so I speak out and say that.\u201d<\/p>\n

Steven added that Bravo, the network behind The McBee Dynasty<\/em>, has been \u201cextremely good\u201d to him and his family.<\/p>\n

\n\t\t\tSteven McBee Jr. is continuing to focus on healing after his split from Allie Eklund \u2014 and says the former couple is no longer in contact. The McBee Dynasty star, 31, exclusively tells Us Weekly that while he\u2019s learned valuable lessons from the relationship, he and Eklund have not spoken since their messy public breakup [\u2026]\t\t<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

\u201cI have a lot of people that care about not only me but my family from the network down to production. We\u2019re treated well. A lot of this online backlash is my own doing,\u201d he said, reflecting on the criticism he received for how he handled his breakup from ex Allie Ecklund<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

Steven and Allie, 29, split in April after he publicly accused her of infidelity<\/a> at the 2026 Stagecoach Music Festival. Allie denied the allegations and exposed controversial text messages she received from Steven amid the scandal. Steven later apologized for the texts, exclusively telling Us that there was \u201cno excuse or justification\u201d for his actions.<\/p>\n

Around the same time, Steven\u2019s ex Calah Jackson<\/strong>, who was featured on seasons 1 and 2 of the Bravo series, claimed that she experienced \u201cemotional and verbal abuse\u201d during their relationship. (Us<\/em> reached out to Steven for comment at the time.)<\/p>\n

During Monday\u2019s podcast, Steven acknowledged that he made a \u201cmistake\u201d in the way he moved quickly in his relationship with Allie, as the pair began living together and discussing marriage weeks into the romance. He had also expressed a desire to give Allie 20 percent of the McBees\u2019 tallow skincare line, as seen on The McBee Dynasty<\/em> season 3.<\/p>\n

\u201cA lot of this comes back to one person, and a person staring directly in the mirror at me,\u201d he continued on Monday. \u201cI would love to have the opportunity \u2014 a mulligan, I guess you could say \u2014 the chance to show people that I\u2019m not this horrible person. I have anger issues. I\u2019d be the first to admit that.\u201d<\/p>\n

The reality star noted that he\u2019s been in therapy and is still \u201cworking\u201d on himself.<\/p>\n

\u201cI have some flaws that I absolutely need to work on. But I am not what so many headlines, what my ex has attempted to make me out to be over the last three months. I would love to have the opportunity to showcase [that],\u201d he continued.<\/p>\n

Sharing his hopes for the future of the show, Steven concluded, \u201cYes, there\u2019s a lot of drama in our lives, but 95 [percent] of the time we are as thick as can be, as close as can be and we live a very good life, and I feel like we are a very good family for the most part. And I would love the opportunity to showcase that, and again, learn from my mistakes and learn from where I messed up in the past, and not have a girlfriend on a season.\u201d<\/p>\n
