(There is some debate about Blanco\u2019s exact height, but he is indisputably a short king.)<\/p>\n<p>And his dietary strategy was \u2026 unconventional, to say the least.<\/p>\n<figure class=\"wp-block-embed is-type-video is-provider-tiktok wp-block-embed-tiktok\"\/>\n<p>According to Blanco, he consumed only a large thin crust pizza from Domino\u2019s each and every day.<\/p>\n<p>(When most people do this diet, it is likely the result of poverty. Blanco did it to prove a point.)<\/p>\n<p>The TikTok shows a montage of clips of him eating nothing but this meal.<\/p>\n<p>Blanco\u2019s devotion was so great that he took pizza with him on a date to the Sunset Tower Hotel.<\/p>\n<p>(Please do not do this. Maybe.<\/p>\n<p>First of all, weight loss is not synonymous with health.<\/p>\n<p>People trying extreme gimmick diets can endanger their lives by excluding key nutrition, even if they lose weight or reap other benefits.
