The Bring It On actress, for her part, met Dwyane Wade in 2007 at a Super Bowl party. \u201cAugust has been the most chill time that I\u2019ve kind of had, and I still have stuff that I\u2019m doing,\u201d he said of his post-championship summer. \u201cI\u2019m out east and now I\u2019m able to kind of separate myself from it and appreciate it. But initially, it was just a whirlwind. You\u2019re doing so many different things \u2014 you\u2019re doing interviews here, you\u2019re doing brand appearances where. You\u2019re doing \u2014 I didn\u2019t go to the ESPYs<\/a>, thankfully \u2014 but you have award shows.\u201d<\/p>\nHe continued, \u201cYou have all these things that you\u2019re doing, so it\u2019s really just a sprint \u2014 you\u2019re just trying to do all these things, and I think that that\u2019s, like, one part that kind of sucks about it because you\u2019re trying to do all these things and then, you know, you pick your head up and it\u2019s almost September \u2026 and you\u2019re like, \u2018Now I gotta get back to work.\u2019 And they\u2019re gonna crown a new champion \u2014 hopefully it\u2019s us \u2014 again in June. You don\u2019t want to lose time to actually appreciate it, but it\u2019s tough.\u201d<\/p>\n<\/p><\/div>\n
