Fans have since referred to this elite group of women as \u201cWAGs,\u201d a shorthand for \u201cwives and girlfriends\u201d that grew in popularity thanks to E!\u2019s three-season WAGS docuseries in 2015. \u201cI feel like with girlfriends, I won\u2019t say too much, but with girlfriends and hanging out with your best friends, having a couple drinks, you kind of just spill the beans on everything \u2014 even if it is very personal,\u201d Nicole told Us<\/i>. \u201cAnd girl chat sometimes goes a little too far, and this definitely went there.\u201d<\/p>\n
