She adds that false allegations can have \u201cdevastating consequences,\u201d adding that \u201cevery legitimate allegation deserves to be taken seriously and investigated based on the facts and evidence.\u201d<\/p>\n
\nThe arrest comes as the Bravo star Zolciak and Biermann, a former NFL player, continue to navigate their contentious divorce and custody battle.<\/p>\n
The former couple married in 2011, the same year KJ was born.<\/p>\n
They went on to welcome son Kash and twins Kaia and Kane, while Biermann also adopted Zolciak\u2019s two older daughters, Ariana and Brielle, from a previous relationship.<\/p>\n
After more than a decade of marriage,\u00a0Zolciak and Biermann filed for divorce<\/a>\u00a0in 2023.
