90 Day: The Last Resort<\/i><\/a><\/span>\u2019s Jenny Slatten<\/strong> and Sumit Singh<\/strong> aren\u2019t exactly having a ruff day in their latest therapy session.<\/p>\n

In Us<\/i>\u2019 exclusive sneak peek of the Monday, August 24, episode of TLC\u2019s reality show, Dr. Tara Suwinyattichaiporn<\/strong> is ready to provide a few clever and unique tips about intimacy \u2014 that require some role play.<\/p>\n

\u201cYou\u2019re going to give him a collar and a leash, and then you\u2019re just going to take him for a walk in this room,\u201d Dr. Tara, 37, advises Jenny, 68. \u201cThis is the animal kingdom. Do what you\u2019re told. Here\u2019s the collar.\u201d<\/p>\n

As Sumit, 37, agrees to get into character as a dog, he can\u2019t help but notice how excited his wife appears to be.<\/p>\n

\u201cSee how happy you are looking,\u201d he says while laughing at the unconventional therapy session.<\/p>\n

Dr. Tara, however, isn\u2019t done with the exercise just yet.<\/p>\n

\u201cI want you to ask him, \u2018Who\u2019s your owner?\u2019\u201d she tells Jenny, suggesting a technique to make him submit. \u201cNow you\u2019re going to take him on a little walk in this room. Let\u2019s make some spaces. Go on all fours [Sumit] and then let her take you.\u201d<\/p>\n

Jenny and Sumit\u2019s costars can\u2019t help but laugh as they witness the happy couple follow Dr. Tara\u2019s advice.<\/p>\n

\u201cIt was never on my bingo card ever for all of my life that I ever thought I would see Jenny leading Sumit around a sex dungeon like a puppy,\u201d Kara<\/strong> says in a confessional interview. \u201cHe could be a pug. He\u2019s a cute little guy.\u201d<\/p>\n

Guillermo<\/strong> adds, \u201cFrom my perspective, he will be, like, a very well-fed bulldog.\u201d<\/p>\n

Jenny and Sumit have been together for 15 years and reside in India. When signing up for 90 Day: The Last Resort<\/i>, Jenny had reached a breaking point amid rising tensions with Sumit\u2019s increasingly involved parents.<\/p>\n

During her latest exercise, Jenny \u2014 who has since revealed her ALS diagnosis<\/span><\/a> \u2014 appeared to be all in as she followed Dr. Tara\u2019s guidance and gave her husband some commands.<\/p>\n

\u201cBark to me! Come on, puppy. You\u2019re going to go in your cage,\u201d she says. \u201cYou\u2019ve been a good boy. You\u2019re a good dog. I\u2019m your owner. I love you.\u201d<\/p>\n
