Kelly Ripa hosts the long-running show<\/p>\n
The 55-year-old star co-hosts the long-running TV show with her husband, Mark Consuelos, and the loved-up couple reflected on the impact of the pandemic, explaining that it turned lots of people into “homebodies”.<\/p>\n
Kelly said on the latest episode of the show: “Some of us have been homebodies all of our lives.”<\/p>\n
The TV presenter then shared a surprising confession.<\/p>\n
\t\t\t<\/p>\n
She explained: “I loved doing the show without pants on.<\/p>\n
\n“Guess what? While you were watching the show and we were shooting from a computer screen, I had a blouse on top and nothing on the bottom.”<\/p>\n
\nKelly also revealed that she was eating cereal during the TV show’s commercial breaks.<\/p>\n
\nShe said: “We would go to commercial break and I would be Grape-Nutting it, and then, back to air. It was great!”<\/p>\n
\nMeanwhile, Kelly previously claimed that Mark was “insanely jealous” during the early years of their romance.<\/p>\n
\nThe talk-show host admitted that she initially struggled to cope with Mark’s jealously.<\/p>\n
\nDuring an appearance on the Let’s Talk Off Camera podcast, Kelly explained: “My biggest complaint about you over the course of our marriage, and this is not recent because it definitely changed … but you used to be insanely jealous and that was a hard pill to swallow … It’s very hard being married to somebody who is jealous.”<\/p>\n
\nKelly recalled one particular incident that took place shortly after they tied the knot in 1996.<\/p>\n
\nDuring a conversation with Mark, she shared: “It was our first week of marriage, because we didn’t take our honeymoon until later. You were working and I went to visit you in Boston.<\/p>\n
\n“We went to this Italian restaurant and the waiter was like a very cute old man, he’s definitely in his 70s, if not 80s. He leaned down and he said, ‘And for the principessa?’<\/p>\n
\n“I thought it was so cute that this little old man called me a princess, and I looked at him and I gave him my order in a very smiley way. And he walked away and you picked a horrible fight.”<\/p>\n
