\t\t\t\t<\/p>\n The battle of how much money Christine Baumgartner<\/strong><\/a> would receive in child support from Kevin Costner<\/strong><\/a> is over.<\/p>\n After a few weeks of back and forth between the estranged couple, their lawyers and a judge, an amount was finally agreed upon, and it\u2019s about half of what Christine <\/strong>initially asked for.<\/p>\n Keep reading to find out more\u2026<\/em><\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n In the past weeks, Christine <\/strong>had first asked Kevin <\/strong>for $250,000 a month to support their kids \u2013 Cayden<\/strong>, 15, Hayes<\/strong>, 14, and Grace<\/strong>, 13.<\/p>\n Kevin <\/strong>then offered her only $38,000, and then raised it to $51,940, which Christine<\/strong> argued was not enough to cover the care<\/a> for their three children, as well as provide them all with a home near to him.<\/p>\n Now, a judge has formally ruled on the offer of $129,000 in monthly support.<\/p>\n TMZ<\/a> adds that the ruling is still pending and both Kevin <\/strong>and Christine <\/strong>will have a chance to present their arguments in a hearing.<\/p>\n The newest court documents say that the two will each be responsible for covering 50% of health care expenses for their kids, plus the cost of private school tuition and any extracurricular activities.<\/p>\n Christine <\/strong>first filed for divorce from Kevin <\/strong>in May, after 18 years of marriage<\/a>.<\/p>\n <\/span><\/p><\/div>\n
