Below Deck Mediterranean <\/i>star Nathan Gallagher <\/i><\/b>was reportedly arrested on domestic violence charges<\/a> in Australia late last year.<\/p>\n

Gallagher was charged with \u201cassault occasioning actual bodily harm, intentionally chok[ing] a person without consent and common assault\u201d in December 2025, according to a police memo obtained by Rolling Stone<\/i><\/span><\/a> on Wednesday, August 19.<\/p>\n

Per the New South Wales Police statement, Gallagher was arrested on December 27, 2025, following an alleged incident that took place after the Christmas holiday. He was charged after allegedly assaulting an unidentified 29-year-woman at a Sydney-area apartment building.<\/p>\n

While there were no reports of any injuries sustained by either party, the police eventually granted Gallagher conditional bail. It is not clear how he pleaded.<\/p>\n

The couple, who met on season 9, got off to a rocky start as Gael navigated a breakup from an offscreen boyfriend. Nathan, meanwhile, was clear about his immediate attraction to Gael, which blossomed as they continued to work [\u2026]\t\t<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

Neither Gallagher nor Bravo has publicly addressed the incident. Us <\/i>has reached out for comment.<\/p>\n

While further details have not yet been revealed, Gallagher is also the subject of a corresponding Apprehended Violence Application that was filed on behalf of Gael Cameron<\/b> in New South Wales, per court documents viewed by Us<\/i>. (An AVO is a legal order requested from a court to protect a person from someone who makes them fear violence, intimidation, harassment or stalking that is widely used in Australia, per NSW Government\u2019s official website.)<\/p>\n

Gallagher and Cameron, 30, have been together<\/span><\/a> since 2024 and are parents of 13-month-old son Kayden.<\/p>\n

Cameron has not publicly addressed the court motion, with a hearing currently scheduled for Tuesday, September 1.<\/p>\n
