Hayden Panettiere<\/strong><\/a>‘s ex fiance Wladimir Klitschko<\/strong><\/a> has released a statement on her tragic death at the age of 36.<\/p>\n

Over the weekend, the Nashville<\/em> alum passed away <\/a>while at a residence in South Carolina. She would have been 37 years old on Friday.<\/p>\n

Wladimir Klitschko and Hayden Panettiere were previously engaged and have a child together<\/h3>\n

Wladimir <\/strong>and Hayden<\/strong> met in 2009, and were together for two years before split. The couple reunited in 2013, and got engaged.<\/p>\n

The following year, it was announced<\/a> that Hayden<\/strong> was pregnant with their daughter. In December 2014, Hayden<\/strong> gave birth to their daughter<\/a>, Kaya<\/strong>, who was born at 7 lbs., 14 oz., and measured 20 inches.<\/p>\n

Following the birth of Kaya<\/strong>, Hayden <\/strong>struggled with postpartum depression, which she has been open about.<\/p>\n

Hayden<\/strong> and Wladimir<\/strong> broke up in 2019<\/a> after nine years together, and they continued to co-parent Kaya<\/strong>. However, amid Hayden<\/strong>\u2018s struggles, it was revealed the following year that Kaya <\/strong>was living in Ukraine<\/a> with her father.<\/p>\n

Our family is going through a time of profound shock and grief.<\/p>\n

The announcement of Hayden\u2019s tragic death saddens me deeply. She left this world far too soon. Hayden was, although no longer my partner, an important part of my life and the mother of our daughter, Kaya.<\/p>\n

She built an incredible career through immense talent, while also facing the darker sides of a very demanding industry. Nothing will erase the times we shared or the place she had in our lives.<\/p>\n

To our daughter Kaya, I will always speak of her mother with respect and make sure she remembers the person she was.<\/p>\n

I extend my deepest condolences to Hayden\u2019s parents, her friends, and her fans, who are also grieving today. Young and talented people like Hayden should not leave this world so soon.<\/p>\n

I ask everyone to please respect our family\u2019s feelings and privacy during this incredibly difficult time. For now, this is all I wish to say.<\/p>\n
