A close friend of rapper Eminem<\/strong><\/a>\u2019s ex wife, Kim Scott<\/strong>, made a frantic call to 911 just three months before she was hospitalized following an alleged suicide attempt<\/a>.<\/p>\n

According to dispatch calls and 911 audio exclusively obtained by Us<\/em>, Scott\u2019s friend called the Chesterfield Township Police Department on April 1, 2026, requesting medical personnel respond to the rapper\u2019s ex-wife\u2019s Michigan residence.<\/p>\n

\u201cI need an ambulance,\u201d the friend, who Us<\/em> has chosen not to publicly identify in order to protect her privacy, told dispatch at the time. \u201cI was at work and she just called and she said she had an argument with her son, and she\u2019s unresponsive.\u201d<\/p>\n

The friend continued, at times growing frantic, \u201cIs she breathing? Is she breathing? She\u2019s breathing, but we can\u2019t get her up. She\u2019s breathing. She\u2019s warm. She called and she said she needed help.\u201d<\/p>\n

\n\t\t\tNearly three weeks after Kim Scott was hospitalized following a suicide attempt, records obtained exclusively by Us reveal that local police received 10 emergency calls involving Eminem\u2019s ex-wife in the last two years. So far, in 2026 alone, the Chesterfield Township Police Department has already been called four times to Kim\u2019s Michigan residence, including another [\u2026]\t\t<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

As Kim\u2019s friend continued to speak with the operator, revealing she believed the mom of three had been unconscious for \u201c10 minutes, maybe,\u201d another, unidentified woman in the background could be heard frantically yelling, \u201cKimberly, you gotta wake up!\u201d (Scott has one biological daughter with Eminem, Hailie Jade Scott<\/strong><\/a>. The former couple adopted niece Alaina Marie Scott<\/strong>, who is the daughter of Kim\u2019s late twin sister, Dawn<\/strong>. Kim is also a mom to child Stevie Laine Scott<\/strong> from a previous relationship, who was later adopted by Eminem, as well as a son named Parker<\/strong> from a previous relationship.)<\/p>\n

\u201cPlease hurry,\u201d the friend tells the operator again, before directing her comments at her unconscious friend.<\/p>\n

\u201cKim, what did you take?\u201d she asks Kim, who does not audibly respond.<\/p>\n

\u201cShe\u2019s still breathing, but we can\u2019t wake her up,\u201d the friend once again reiterated to the 911 dispatch. \u201cWe don\u2019t know [if she took anything]. That\u2019s what I\u2019m looking through right now to try to find out.\u201d<\/p>\n

Us<\/em> has reached out to Kim\u2019s lawyer for comment.<\/p>\n

As Us<\/em> previously reported, officers were dispatched<\/a> on April 1 at 11:26 a.m. after receiving a call regarding an \u201cunconscious and unresponsive\u201d adult female. According to the police report, Eminem\u2019s ex was on the couch and \u201cnot moving\u201d when authorities arrived.<\/p>\n

When the fire department arrived and started assessing her, police claimed Kim was \u201cunresponsive until she was placed in the back of the ambulance where she was awake and had a full conversation.\u201d<\/p>\n

The call was one of 10 emergency calls involving Eminem\u2019s ex-wife local police have received in the last two years. The Chesterfield Township Police Department was called four times to Kim\u2019s Michigan home in 2026 alone \u2014 including a July 11 call in which authorities responded to a woman \u201cbleeding.\u201d<\/p>\n

A dispatcher described the incident as a \u201csuicide attempt\u201d and requested assistance from emergency services workers because Kim was possibly \u201cunconscious.\u201d Kim was ultimately escorted out of her home on a stretcher to receive emergency treatment.<\/p>\n

Us<\/em> later obtained a police report detailing a chaotic scene when first responders showed up at Kim\u2019s home on July 11. While an emergency dispatcher initially relayed that Scott might be unconscious, officers reported that they encountered her in an \u201cextremely hostile\u201d state, describing her as \u201cirate and combative.\u201d During the alleged altercation, authorities claim Kim bit and kicked officers and was observed to be \u201cunstable on her feet.\u201d Officers took note that Scott allegedly threw headphones at a wall at one point and eventually had to be strapped down to a stretcher.<\/p>\n

On Thursday, August 13, Kim was remanded back to jail<\/a> after multiple bond violations.<\/p>\n

The Macomb County Sheriff\u2019s Office in Michigan confirmed to Us<\/em> on Friday, August 14, that Scott, 51, is currently being held in custody. Prosecutors claim that a judge revoked Scott\u2019s bond and agreed to her release if she entered inpatient treatment, according to CBS News.<\/p>\n

Kim previously pleaded no contest in May to charges of operating while intoxicated (OWI) after she was accused of being impaired when she crashed into a truck earlier this year. She was arrested days later for a separate OWI incident.<\/p>\n

Kim allegedly failed to appear at her court hearings, which prosecutors told CBS violated her bond terms. A judge subsequently issued bench warrants in June, which were ultimately canceled within a day after she was arraigned. Kim is scheduled to return to court on October 14 for a probable cause conference.<\/p>\n
