This role would leave an important impression on her sons.<\/p>\n<p>In 1987, the couple welcomed Jason Kelce, who rose to fame playing football for a team called the Philadelphia Eagles.<\/p>\n<p>Then, in 1989, the couple welcomed Travis Kelce, who arguably rose to the most fame through <a href=\"https:\/\/www.thehollywoodgossip.com\/2026\/06\/madison-square-garden-confirmed-as-taylor-swift-travis-kelce-wedding-venue-bizarre-choice-sparks-confusion-online\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Taylor Swift<\/a>. He is also a football player, playing for the Kansas City Chiefs.<\/p>\n<p>In 2022, Travis and Jason made history as the first brothers to play against each other in the Super Bowl. The marriage simply wasn\u2019t working.<\/p>\n<p>However, they had opted to remain married until both sons were adults and off to college.<\/p>\n<p>This is not always a good strategy. In some cases, it leads to toxic home lives and can skew their children\u2019s adult relationships.<\/p>\n<p>But, it seems to have worked out pretty well for the Kelce family \u2014 especially given Travis and Jason\u2019s <a href=\"https:\/\/www.thehollywoodgossip.com\/2026\/01\/travis-kelce-misses-taylor-swift-reference\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">relationships<\/a>.
