Rosie O’Donnell has slammed Donald Trump again<\/p>\n
The former View star has been locked in a war of words with the US president for several years and she can’t understand why his “obvious criminal behaviour” hasn’t proven to be a turn off for voters.<\/p>\n
She said on The Tangle podcast: “I can\u2019t think of anyone else in my life who supports him, and I don\u2019t understand the people who do. His cruelty is so blatant. His criminal behaviour is so obvious. His misogyny, his racism, his homophobia. He\u2019s just a very dark spirit, and I don\u2019t know why that\u2019s not obvious to the world.\u201d<\/p>\n
Rosie relocated to Ireland after Trump was elected president again, and she’s been relieved to find she has a lot of support over there.<\/p>\n

She said: \u201cI mean, I think it\u2019s obvious outside of the U.S. because, in Ireland, not one person has said to me that they like him.<\/p>\n
\n\u201cPeople come over to me and go, \u2018Rosie, I\u2019d like to buy you a pint cause we hate him, too.\u2019 And I\u2019m like, \u2018Fantastic.\u2019\u201d<\/p>\n
\nWhile the A League of Their Own actress steers clear of Trump’s supporters, she makes an exception for her good friend Wynnona Judd and the pair simply don’t discuss the former Apprentice star when they get together.<\/p>\n
\nShe said: \u201cNow, I am friends with Wynonna Judd, who I love very much, and I\u2019ve known her for many, many years. And she is a supporter of Trump. And somehow, we never bring it up. <\/p>\n
\n“I give her a grace in a way. She\u2019s had so much in her life with her mom taking her own life and just the the complicated nature of her upbringing. and I really love her, and I care about her, and, for some reason, I\u2019m able to put that aside when we interact.\u201d<\/p>\n
\nRosie recently described Trump, 80, as a “grifter”, a “con man”, and a “snake oil salesman”.<\/p>\n
\nShe said on the Bleep! with Ana Navarro podcast: “If you grew up on Long Island as I did, or in New York City, you knew this your whole life. This was not a surprise.”<\/p>\n
\nRosie is also bemused by the idea that Trump is seen as a “moral compass for 20-year-olds in America”.<\/p>\n
\nThe outspoken star added: “He annoys me on a multitude of levels. [He] left the first wife, had an affair, left the second wife, had an affair, had kids both times, but he\u2019s the moral compass for 20-year-olds in America.<\/p>\n
\n“Donald, sit and spin, my friend. I don\u2019t enjoy him.”<\/p>\n
