Michael Jackson<\/a> was quick to respond to the person, who commented on an Instagram post shared by E! News featuring a picture of the inking she has down the centre of her chest. <\/p>\nIn the comments section of the post, which was about Paris meeting her mother for the first time, the critic wrote: \u201cShe is gorgeous, but those tattoos just make her look dirty and takes away from her look.\u201d<\/p>\n
Responding, Paris quipped: \u201cOh no what ever will i do (i\u2019m dirty even without the tattoos).\u201d<\/p>\n

The person then replied: \u201c@parisjackson like I said you\u2019re gorgeous and it takes away. Why did you mess with perfection, you don\u2019t mark up something perfect.\u201d<\/p>\n
\nParis hasn\u2019t revealed the exact number of tattoos she has, but it\u2019s believed to be around the 80 mark. <\/p>\n
\nShe also likes mixing things up by covering her inkings on occasion, such as when she attended the Grammy Awards in 2024. <\/p>\n
\nParis looked stunning on the red carpet in a black Celine dress, and told Entertainment Tonight it had taken a \u201cfew hours\u201d to cover up all the etchings. <\/p>\n
\nShe explained: \u201cWell, I like switching things up. I love my tattoos, I love my piercings, I love all the body modification stuff, art, and also sometimes I don’t want it to distract from the art that is the fashion I’m wearing. <\/p>\n
\n\u201cAnd it gives the dress its own moment, you know?”<\/p>\n
\nBy the tender age of 18, Paris had already accrued more than 20 tattoos, and responded to critics at the time: \u201cSome people like them, some people absolutely hate them. I appreciate art .\u2009.\u2009. especially when that art means something to me.\u201d<\/p>\n
\nAnd she added to Glamour magazine that her love of inkings started at a very young age. <\/p>\n
\nParis said: \u201cI\u2019ve always been interested in [tattoos]. I used to get uniform violations in school \u2013\u00a0I was probably 13 or 14 \u2013\u00a0because I used to write all over myself with a permanent marker.\u201d <\/p>\n
\nAmong her inkings are several \u201cfriendship tattoos\u201d, which she has with \u201cat least 10 people\u201d, and numerous tattoo dedications to her late dad.<\/p>\n
