Kate Beckinsale<\/strong><\/a> has deleted all posts on her Instagram account after receiving many negative comments, including some from body shamers. <\/p>\n

Before scrubbing her page, the 53-year-old actress posted screencaps of the comments she has been receiving about her body lately to highlight the onslaught of negativity she experiences on social media. <\/p>\n

Kate <\/strong>also shared a video that explained the health condition she has been facing and other recent struggles she has dealt with.<\/p>\n

Metro UK<\/a><\/em> reports that Kate<\/strong>‘s since-deleted post began, “As I\u2019m sure you\u2019re aware, anytime I post a photo of myself, I receive an enormous amount of comments telling me how disgusting I look and I\u2019m anorexic or I\u2019m on meth or that I\u2019ve lost so much weight.”<\/p>\n

Kate<\/strong> referenced the recent deaths of her mother and step-father when she said, “First off, I\u2019ve lost my entire family, except my precious daughter, in a short amount of time.”<\/p>\n

“The second thing is, I have a condition, which is an autoimmune condition called mast cell activation syndrome, and there\u2019s another one called mast cell disease, and there\u2019s mastocytosis. This is something that I was diagnosed with 16 years ago, and I was really, really lucky that I had an amazing GP in London who called it and sent me to, at that point, the one guy in the world in New Jersey who was the expert in that,” Kate<\/strong> said.<\/p>\n

Kate<\/strong> pointed out that you never “know what’s going on in people’s lives. Treat people just how you\u2019d like to be treated yourself, give people a little grace. If you don\u2019t have anything nice to say, maybe don\u2019t say anything… You don\u2019t want to be the last straw for somebody, you don\u2019t want to be the thing that makes them more sick, just keep going, it\u2019s not hard.”<\/p>\n

Kate also responded to body-shaming at the end of 2025 and shared the devastating reason why she hadn’t been hungry<\/a> lately. <\/p>\n
