Jacob Elordi<\/strong><\/a> is circling a new movie role!<\/p>\n

On Monday (August 10), Deadline<\/a><\/em> reported that the 29-year-old Oscar-nominated actor is in talks to star in Ari Aster<\/strong><\/a>‘s new A24 thriller movie Scapegoat<\/strong><\/em>. If he does get cast, Jacob<\/strong> will be starring opposite previously announced lead Scarlett Johansson<\/strong><\/a>.<\/p>\n

As of right now, plot details are being kept under wraps. Ari<\/strong> is directing the movie from a screenplay he also wrote.<\/p>\n

If you don\u2019t know, Ari <\/strong>has made a name for himself for his famed A24 collaborations, including Midsommar <\/em>and Hereditary<\/em>. Scarlett<\/strong>‘s casting in Scapegoat<\/em> <\/a>was first announced back in May.<\/p>\n

Scarlett <\/strong>has been busy recently filming the new Exorcist <\/em>film, and will also be starring in the new The Batman<\/em> movie, which will shoot later this summer. Find out which other big stars have joined The Batman Part II<\/em>.<\/a><\/p>\n
