Ariana Madix <\/strong><\/a>is just as surprised as the rest of Us about the viewers who are worried she isn\u2019t returning to host Love Island USA<\/em><\/a>.<\/p>\n

\u201cI do [see that]. And obviously I can\u2019t speak yet to what\u2019s going to be happening next season,\u201d Ariana, 42, exclusively told Us<\/em> while promoting her partnership with Orgain<\/a>. \u201cWe did announce already that I will be hosting Love Island Games next year.\u201d<\/p>\n

While Ariana \u201ccan\u2019t say anything that speaks to\u201d plans for season 9 of Love Island USA<\/em>, she was curious about the fans\u2019 fears.<\/p>\n

\u201cI do wonder about that sometimes. [People on social media have] been saying that every year, and I always wonder where that comes from,\u201d she noted of the online speculation. \u201cI have seen comments online that say there\u2019s some sort of two-year thing and I\u2019ve always wondered where did that [rumor] come from?\u201d<\/p>\n

Ariana has appreciated the outpouring of love amid the concern.<\/p>\n

\u201cBut you know what? It is really nice because so many of those comments will be so positive in the sense that they\u2019re wondering because they\u2019re hoping that I will be back. So that\u2019s really great,\u201d she added. \u201cBut yeah, nothing\u2019s been said. So I don\u2019t know where they come up with that.\u201d<\/p>\n

The reality star joined the hit Peacock dating series during season 6 after exiting Bravo\u2019s Vanderpump Rules<\/em>, bringing a surge of new viewers to the show. She recently earned her first Emmy Award nomination for Outstanding Host for a Reality or Reality Competition Program.<\/p>\n

After season 8 concluded earlier this summer, Ariana addressed a social media comment<\/a> asking whether this was her \u201clast season hosting.\u201d<\/p>\n

Ariana swiftly shut down the speculation, replying in July, \u201cWhy would it be.\u201d<\/p>\n

For now, Ariana is focused on hosting the upcoming Love Island USA<\/em> reunion with Andy Cohen<\/strong><\/a>, which will stream on Peacock on August 31.<\/p>\n

\u201cI think it\u2019s going to be so great because I\u2019m really, really looking forward to asking them what\u2019s been going on the last few weeks and having them give us all the updates,\u201d she told Us<\/em>, while acknowledging the current silence from the Islanders on social media. \u201cIt is hard for me to keep up when everything is out there. I want to be able to keep up because, of course, I want to be able to ask the best questions.\u201d<\/p>\n

Ariana will then host season 3 of Love Island Games<\/em><\/a>, so Peacock viewers will have to wait for news about the future of the franchise. Before Love Island USA<\/em> returns, however, the casting producers need to find their next hopefuls.<\/p>\n

After an application officially opened up for season 9, Ariana offered some advice to those aiming to get a spot in the villa.<\/p>\n

\u201cIt sounds clich\u00e9, but be your most authentic self,\u201d she said. \u201cIt is the best way to succeed on the show in any way, shape or form. To succeed with the other Islanders, to find love in the villa and for people [in] the audience to connect with you.\u201d<\/p>\n

With Ariana\u2019s schedule continuing to fill up, she is still aiming to prioritize her wellness and has teamed up with Orgain for its plant-based protein powder, which has become part of her morning routine.<\/p>\n

\u201cThis has been such an easy alignment because this is something that I do every day. It was something I was doing every day leading up to going to Fiji,\u201d she explained to Us<\/em>. \u201cI \u2014 no joke \u2014 had to have someone bring tubs of it to Fiji so that I could continue on my protein iced coffee routine in the morning.\u201d<\/p>\n
