Perez Hilton<\/strong><\/a> reflected on his well-being just five weeks before he was hospitalized after appearing to self-harm<\/a> during a TikTok livestream.<\/p>\n

In a June YouTube vlog<\/a>, Hilton, 48, told his followers that he was preparing to move with his three children \u2014 Mario, 13, Mia, 11, and Mayte, 8 \u2014 from Las Vegas to his native Miami.<\/p>\n

A week later, the celebrity blogger shared a short vlog<\/a> titled, \u201cI Fell Off The Wagon \u2013 In Every Sense! BUT,\u201d in which he shared that he was getting back to the gym and reading the Bible after a stressful move.<\/p>\n

\u201cI fell off the wagon in every sense, but I\u2019m back. I went to the gym this morning for the first time in weeks,\u201d Hilton said in the June 28 video. \u201cI also went to church today for the first time in weeks. I also read my bible today for the first time in weeks.\u201d<\/p>\n

In 911 dispatch audio obtained by Page Six, first responders were called to Hilton\u2019s Miami home following an apparent \u201csuicide attempt.\u201d Multiple units arrived on the scene late on Tuesday, August 4, and were reportedly present for hours. Police had been notified after Hilton, 48, [\u2026]\t\t<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

He added, \u201cI was in a bit of a spiral because I was overwhelmed with our move to Miami, and I didn\u2019t do these things that I know are good for me.\u201d<\/p>\n

The Miami-Dade County Sheriff\u2019s Office confirmed to Us<\/em> on Wednesday, August 5, that Hilton was transported to a local hospital<\/a> after viewers reported his disturbing livestream on Tuesday, August 4.<\/p>\n

Hilton, who appeared naked and covered in blood, appeared to self-harm during a TikTok livestream on Tuesday, prompting concerned fans to call the police.<\/p>\n

\u201cThe individual has been safely recovered and transported by Miami-Dade Fire Rescue to a local hospital, where he is receiving medical attention,\u201d the Miami-Dade County Sheriff\u2019s Office told Us<\/em> in a statement.<\/p>\n
