Perez Hilton<\/strong><\/a>‘s podcast co-host is breaking his silence.<\/p>\n

If you don\u2019t know, the 48-year-old gossip blogger was taken to the hospital after he was livestreaming on social media and appeared to be harming himself. The disturbing footage was broadcast on TikTok live, and fans grew immediately concerned. Police responded to his home <\/a>before he was taken to a local medical facility<\/a>.<\/p>\n

The following day, Chris Booker<\/strong><\/a> – who has co-hosted The Perez Hilton Podcast with Chris Booker<\/em> <\/a>with Perez<\/strong> since 2015 – released a statement addressing the situation.<\/p>\n

“I am so profoundly sad for Perez and his family and what they\u2019re all are going through,” Chris<\/strong> began on Instagram<\/a>. “It\u2019s truly unimaginable.”<\/p>\n

“I have spoken only briefly with the family. I read the statement that his team released and want to honor their wishes at this impossible time,” he continued. “Even the family is struggling to get updates due to the confidential security measures in place at the hospital because of how many people are trying to get information. Any updates will come via PerezHilton.com.”<\/p>\n

Chris <\/strong>then addressed the future of their podcast.<\/p>\n

“As for the shows (iHeart Podcast and Patreon), it\u2019s all TBD at the moment as our collective focus is on his health,” Chris<\/strong> shared. “I certainly hope to continue them with my friend when the time is appropriate. I will give updates there when the time is right. We\u2019ve done these shows for over a decade now and the support from our listeners has been resounding.” <\/p>\n
