Jessica Nickson<\/a><\/strong> just learned shocking news about her family history. <\/p>\n

The 35-year-old reality star met her husband Cody Nickson<\/strong><\/a> while competing together on Big Brother<\/em>‘s 19th season in 2017 and they went on to compete on The Amazing Race<\/em>, which they won. <\/p>\n

Jessica<\/strong> and Cody<\/strong> got married in October 2018 and they share five daughters together, in addition to one child from Cody<\/strong>‘s previous relationship. <\/p>\n

In a post on her Instagram <\/a>account, Jessica<\/strong> revealed the shocking details about her family news. <\/p>\n

“This weekend I had my whole world flip upside down. At 35, I’m just finding out that the man I called ‘Dad’ my whole life is not my biological father,” she wrote on the video.<\/p>\n

Jessica<\/strong> added in the caption, “It all started with an innocent 23andme test. Now, 3 dna tests later, I find myself furious. You probably have a million questions. So do I. Not sure where to go from here.”<\/p>\n

Many people in the comments of the post have noted that this same thing happened to them as well, so Jessica<\/strong> is surely not alone. <\/p>\n

On her Instagram Stories, Jessica <\/strong>shared some more details.<\/p>\n

She said, \u201cSomeone in my family brought it to my attention. I laughed at first because it seemed absolutely mad. Just not possible. And we started digging into it further and doing testing. After three different tests giving the same response, I\u2019m kind of slapped with a reality that I never thought I would have.\u201d<\/p>\n

Jessica <\/strong>said that this \u201cdoesn\u2019t change how I feel about my father, the man who raised me.\u201d Her father has since passed away. <\/p>\n

\u201cI don\u2019t know the truth as far as who my dad is, and I\u2019m still trying to figure out if I want to know,\u201d she said.<\/p>\n
