\nThe birthday posts follow another busy week for Meghan\u2019s lifestyle brand. <\/p>\n
\nDays before her milestone birthday, she shared a video preparing what she described as her favourite ice cream sundae using As Ever raspberry spread, before unveiling a blackberry fruit spread described by the company as \u201cour newest pantry favourite\u201d.<\/p>\n
\nAs Ever said: \u201cMade with beautifully ripe blackberries for a rich, vibrant flavour that brings a little taste of the season to your table.\u201d<\/p>\n
\nThe promotional videos also drew attention to Meghan\u2019s jewellery collection. <\/p>\n
\nShe wore her Welsh gold wedding ring, a large pear-shaped diamond ring on her right hand and Princess Diana\u2019s Cartier Tank Fran\u00e7aise watch. <\/p>\n
\nRoyal watchers also noted that her engagement ring, originally designed by Cleave and Company following Prince Harry\u2019s 2017 proposal, was once again absent.<\/p>\n
\nThe ring, which incorporates diamonds from one of Diana\u2019s bracelets alongside a centre stone sourced from Botswana, has undergone several redesigns since the couple announced their engagement. <\/p>\n
\nIt has previously been resized and reset, while later public appearances prompted speculation that further alterations had been made.<\/p>\n
\nJewellery expert Trang Do previously told the Daily Mail \u201cwearing a significant ring on the right hand often symbolises independence, self-love, and personal power\u201d.<\/p>\n
\nTrang added: \u201cMany clients today are choosing to refresh their rings to mark milestones, whether an anniversary, a personal achievement or a new chapter, rather than waiting for a traditional proposal moment.\u201d<\/p>\n
\nMeghan, who rose to international prominence as Rachel Zane in the legal drama Suits, has increasingly focused on lifestyle and media ventures since stepping back from royal duties with Harry in 2020. <\/p>\n
\nEarlier this year she released the second season of her Netflix lifestyle series With Love, Meghan, while As Ever has continued expanding beyond preserves into homewares, candles and seasonal food products.<\/p>\n
\nThe Duchess also recently appeared at a screening of Cookie Queens, wearing an Oura smart ring, while speaking about how the documentary rekindled memories of her own childhood as a Girl Scout led by her mother, Doria Ragland.<\/p>\n
\nReflecting on the project, Meghan said it reminded her of \u201cthe importance of showcasing strong role models\u201d for young girls, linking the documentary to her experiences raising her children Prince Archie, seven, and Princess Lilibet, five.<\/p>\n
