ABC\u2019s fall 2026 TV slate is filled to the brim with a slew of highly anticipated premieres, including Grey\u2019s Anatomy<\/em><\/a>, Dancing With the Stars<\/em> <\/a>and more.<\/p>\n

The network surprised viewers by revealing<\/a> that season 35 of DWTS<\/em> would kick off with a two-night premiere on Tuesday, September 15. No further details were provided at the time of publication regarding the surprises that likely await both audience members and viewers.<\/p>\n

\u201cThe fact that we have a two-night premiere makes me think that there\u2019s a twist,\u201d Ballas exclusively told Us. \u201cThe last few years it\u2019s [been] one night and someone either gets eliminated or they don\u2019t.\u201d<\/p>\n

He continued, \u201cSo, a two-night premiere means something\u2019s coming, I think. I would encourage people to keep both nights free.\u201d<\/p>\n

\n\t\t\tABC is preparing for fall and summer TV by releasing premiere dates for highly anticipated shows including Dancing With the Stars and The Bachelor \u2014 but there are some shows missing from the schedule. The network announced on Friday, May 8, the return of several game shows and the new DWTS spinoff hosted by Robert [\u2026]\t\t<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

Grey\u2019s Anatomy<\/em>, meanwhile, is coming back for season 23<\/a> following several cast exits. The medical drama recently reduced the minimum guarantees for its veteran cast members to 14 out of the show\u2019s 18 episodes per season. Some fan favorites didn\u2019t appear in as many as four episodes each, while Caterina Scorsone<\/strong>\u2018s absence was doubled after her character, Amelia Shepherd, chose to take a sabbatical.<\/p>\n

Kim Raver <\/strong>and Kevin McKidd<\/strong> later exited the show<\/a>, and it remains unclear if additional characters won\u2019t be returning for season 23.<\/p>\n

Despite the shakeups, ABC is still committed to the franchise, with the network ordering a spinoff to Grey\u2019s Anatomy set in rural West Texas.<\/p>\n
