Spider-Man: Brand New Day<\/em><\/strong><\/a> is breaking box office records.<\/p>\n

The Sony\/Marvel movie, starring Tom Holland<\/strong> and Zendaya<\/strong>, brought in a whopping $355 million<\/strong> at the domestic box office, just slightly under Avengers: Endgame<\/em>‘s opening at $357.1 million, which remains the biggest opening weekend of all time in North America, per Deadline<\/em><\/a>.<\/p>\n

It’s now the second-highest domestic opening of all time.<\/p>\n

Sony already broke their own record after 2021\u2019s\u00a0Spider-Man: No Way Home\u00a0<\/em>($260.1 million).<\/p>\n

Brand New Day<\/em> notched several records, including an all-time high for a Thursday ($72 million)<\/a>, as well as a Friday ($168 million). It came in second place on Saturday with $101.5 million, via THR.<\/a><\/p>\n

Spider-Man: No Way Home<\/em> opened to $260.1 million domestically and $587.2 million worldwide at the end of 2021. <\/p>\n
