No one can do it for you.<\/p>\n<p>\n\u201cYou have to help you and you have to get to a point where you can say, \u2018I\u2019m sick and tired of being sick and tired.\u2019<\/p>\n<p>\n\u201cIt\u2019s about changing thought patterns \u2013 you have to realise that your thinking is upside down and you have to start again.<\/p>\n<p>\n\u201cIt took me a long time, but you have to do it.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>\nThe actor \u2013 who is married to fifth wife Gisele Schmidt and has three sons from two of his previous marriages \u2013 is now more content with his life now than ever before.<\/p>\n<p>\nHe added: \u201cI\u2019ve realised the older I get, the less I know.
