Ariana<\/strong> is referencing the scrutiny that she faces when she’s in relationships and seems to be fantasizing about what it would be like to not be a pop star. <\/p>\n

She is pointing out how people are trying to tear her down with criticism and she needs someone to ground her during this time. <\/p>\n

In the pre-chorus she sings, “Someday, all the seeds will open \/ All of the life I’ve been denied of \/ Will bloom all around, unfrozen \/ How will it feel? How will it feel?”<\/p>\n

Ariana<\/strong> is dreaming of a life when she doesn’t have to deal with people tearing her apart for her actions and her relationships. <\/p>\n
