The singer-songwriter and the NFL star, both 36, married on 3 July following a week-long build-up at the iconic New York venue, and documents have now offered fresh insight into the planning behind the couple\u2019s high-profile celebration.<\/p>\n
According to Us Weekly, permit applications submitted by Winick Productions to the New York City Mayor\u2019s Office covered the period from 28 June to 4 July and outlined a series of operational requirements for what was described as a \u201cSpecial Event at Madison Square Garden \u2013 7.3\u201d. <\/p>\n
The paperwork obtained by the outlet shows organisers were required to ensure \u201call cables\u201d were \u201csecurely covered for safe pedestrian passage\u201d, while an emergency lane had to be \u201cmaintained at all times\u201d.<\/p>\n

The documents also stated parking could only be held 24 hours in advance and interior and exterior areas \u201cmay be subject to FDNY inspections\u201d.<\/p>\n
\nAlso according to the paperwork, organisers were instructed to keep \u201cminimal noise\u201d after 10pm.<\/p>\n
\nThe permit further stipulated there should be no interaction with pedestrian plazas, green spaces or bike lanes, while activity was prohibited within 15 feet of any restaurant \u201cactively participating in open dining\u201d.<\/p>\n
\nThe documents also required there be \u201cno construction of pedestrian and vehicular traffic flow\u201d, with a \u201csafe pedestrian flow\u201d maintained \u201cat all times\u201d.<\/p>\n
\nAdditional conditions included \u201cno parking in a no stopping zone\u201d, \u201cno parking at bus stops\u201d and a prohibition on trucks idling or leaving detached trailers.<\/p>\n
\nAccording to Us Weekly, Winick Productions informed the Mayor\u2019s Office the event carried a $2 million insurance policy valid from 9 August 2025 until 9 August 2026. <\/p>\n
\nThe production company also said approximately 50 trucks would require access to Madison Square Garden during the set-up and breakdown of the event.<\/p>\n
\nEarlier this month, a source told Us Weekly Taylor and Travis were planning a \u201cwhimsical\u201d celebration.<\/p>\n
\nIn the days leading up to the ceremony, trucks were seen arriving at Madison Square Garden carrying technical equipment, decorations and catering supplies.<\/p>\n
\nOn the day of the wedding, Us Weekly reported deliveries included food from Bradley Cooper\u2019s cheesesteak company and New York pizza restaurant Mama\u2019s Too.<\/p>\n
\nSources with knowledge of the event told the publication the couple ordered more than 100 pizzas for guests.<\/p>\n
\nComedian Adam Sandler officiated the ceremony. <\/p>\n
\nAnd rather than choosing traditional bridesmaids and groomsmen, Taylor\u2019s brother, Austin Swift, served as her man of honour, while Travis\u2019 brother, Jason Kelce, was his best man.<\/p>\n
\nOne source told Us Weekly: \u201cTaylor was emotional while reciting her vows but kept her composure.<\/p>\n
\n\u201cYou could tell she put a lot of work and time into writing her vows. Travis teared up more than Taylor. They shared very personal details and anecdotes that some guests had never even heard before.\u201d<\/p>\n
\nMultiple sources also told Us Weekly Taylor walked down the aisle to a string quartet version of her 2008 hit Love Story.<\/p>\n
\nAfter the couple exchanged vows, digital billboards outside Madison Square Garden displayed the message: \u201cJusT T Married\u201d.<\/p>\n
\nAnother source told Us Weekly: \u201cThe whole night felt really intimate and personal despite being in an arena and how star-studded the guest list was.<\/p>\n
\n\u201cThere were about 1,000 guests there, but it felt intimate.\u201d<\/p>\n
\nThe latest details have emerged after widespread coverage of the wedding ceremony, which reportedly brought together around 1,000 guests. <\/p>\n
