Stassi Schroeder<\/strong><\/a>\u2019s husband, Beau Clark<\/strong><\/a>, broke down on House of Stassi<\/em> about the couple\u2019s marriage issues \u2014 and even compared them to roommates.<\/p>\n

During the Wednesday, July 29, premiere episode of Hulu\u2019s new show, Beau sat down with Taylor Strecker<\/strong> to discuss the problems in his relationship with Stassi.<\/a><\/p>\n

\u201cI\u2019m trying to balance wanting her to have her space and to be able to not stress out when she\u2019s working,\u201d Beau, 46, who shares kids Hartford, 5, and Messer, 2, with Stassi, 38, noted. \u201cBut then also I\u2019m sitting here and I\u2019m angry and resentful.\u201d<\/p>\n

Beau said he was \u201cjust shoving it down\u201d instead of confronting the problem. \u2029\u201dI just got so detached from her that it\u2019s like we\u2019re roommates,\u201d he continued. \u201cI don\u2019t feel worthy.\u201d<\/p>\n

Reality TV fans have had a front row seat to Stassi and Beau\u2019s ups and downs since they started dating in 2017. After filming their relationship dynamic on Vanderpump Rules<\/em><\/a>, Stassi and Beau got married in 2020 and expanded their family twice.<\/p>\n

Beau\u2019s decision to stay home with their kids was a point of contention for the pair. The casting director addressed how their professional lives were affecting the duo\u2019s home life.<\/p>\n

\u201cI\u2019m trying not to stress out Stassi. She\u2019s got the show going on and she has her podcast. She\u2019s got brand deals and hopefully at some point, I\u2019ll be able to find the words to just have a chat,\u201d Beau told the cameras. \u201cWith Stassi, I will let her know how I\u2019ve been feeling.\u201d<\/p>\n

Later in the episode, Beau attempted to broach the subject.<\/a><\/p>\n

\u201cI just literally just feel like a 1950s housewife where I have my apron on and I\u2019m cleaning everything while feeding the kids,\u201d Beau told Stassi about how giving up his job affected his mental health. \u201cSometimes that\u2019s how I feel because we don\u2019t have that connection all the time.\u201d<\/p>\n

Stassi started to tear up once Beau referred to them as roommates, adding, \u201cI want you to say things. I want you to say things the way that you tell me you don\u2019t want things to build up. I need to make more of an effort.\u201d<\/p>\n
